FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For wholesale orders, the MOQ is £150. We offer two discount bands based on the order total:
- Band A: 55% off for orders between £150-299
- Band B: 52.5% off for orders over £300

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order, with the remaining 50% payable upon delivery (receipt of goods)

What is your lead time for orders?

Orders are typically produced and dispatched within 4-6 weeks, however, it depends on order volume and material availability. Typically, it takes 4-6 weeks for orders below 100 pieces, with an additional 2 weeks for every 50 pieces added.

If I have enough material on hand, the order can be fulfilled much sooner than the stated timeline. Fiona will confirm the lead time when sending out the invoice.

What is your policy on VAT?

As Work by Nature is not VAT-registered, we do not charge VAT on our products. VAT has been factored into our pricing.
